“Convenient tour, well organized. Downside is making a detour to pick up passengers at the airport and the traffic backup that significantly impacts the time one has in Plovdiv. If one is interested in spending time at a museum, don't go on Monday - they are all closed and one does have a little time to visit a museum on this tour.”

“Velocity Tarnovo is very hilly and cobblestone streets. I needed a shorter tour and decided to cancel. Viator wrote and said it would be adjusted. It was shortened by over an hour annd we did not go to the fortress. Lots of stops ant shops which we anre not fond of. and we were left with a difficult walk back to our hotel. It was not a good value then at $209 US for just a couple of hours. Guide was informative and kind. Just be sure you are up to the walk.”

“Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and accommodating, we saw areas that we had not previously seen and were really pleased with this aspect of the tour. However we did not get a 3 hour tour as advertised, ours only lasted for two hours and we didn't get any 'breakfast, food tasting or beverages' which was really disappointing, we were glad we had something to eat before we started the tour. This was no fault of our guide's, he was unaware of this when we questioned him about it.”
